Founded in 2016 by Creative Producer / A&R Ximena Holuigue, the initiative was born from the passion to connect the narratives of Cuban talents on the Caribbean island, linking creatives and brands worldwide to experience the Island “beyond the beach” and foster sustainable long-term relations. With each project, it implemented the strong belief that through building bridges and dialogue, positive impact can happen for everyone.
Years later, ISLAS has grown a global network, reaching new opportunities and now evolving in the Latin Music Industry. ISLAS, along with our in-house team and remote collaborators, invite you to be part of our evolving story and upcoming adventures ahead.
VISION
There is a rich diversity of LatinX artistic communities worldwide and many incredible talents for which we value and commit to be part of by supporting their efforts as well as sharing what being LatinX means.
We encourage collaboration and co-production efforts to give visibility to the diverse communities as well as diasporas ... but most of all, we love our Latin identity and we feel committed to the rise of the culture and its people worldwide.

ISLAS is based on the commitment to : collaborative efforts, respect for the environment and popular-local cultures, support for artistic talent, female empowerment and entrepreneurship; fair exchange - with a positive social impact on the communities with whom it interacts.
Oriented to the enhancement of culture, we focus on professional and ethical work as well as a transparent articulation between society, the private sector and artistic communities.
